Product Club: Building a Product Management Community from Scratch

Problem statement

In Croatia, there weren’t many opportunities for product managers to connect, learn from each other, or get practical advice from experienced people in the field. The community was scattered, and events or educational resources were rare.

Solution

Together with CroAI, we started Product Club - a community focused on product management and digital product development. Our goal was to create a space for learning, sharing experiences, and building connections.

Since launching in 2022, we’ve:

Organized 16 meetups with regular learning and networking opportunities
Covered topics like discovery and validation, user research, roadmap planning, stakeholder management, product strategy, analytics, AI, and more
Brought in speakers from companies like Infobip, Microblink, Peterson’s, Kiwi, Cognism, and others
Built a place where PMs, designers, and tech professionals can talk openly about their work

Outcome

A growing community of over 400 people interested in product management, one of the few consistent spaces in Croatia for PM education and networking, and stronger connections and knowledge sharing across the local tech scene.
