The market is full of AI Product Management courses that emphasize theory, buzzwords, and certificates — but few, if any, teach what product managers actually struggle with when launching AI products: uncertainty, data constraints, model evaluation, cross-functional collaboration, and iterative delivery.
We designed a seven-week, end-to-end AI Product Management experience grounded in practice:
Built the curriculum from scratch — strategy, sequencing, modules, exercises, capstone format
Focused on hands-on work that mirrors real product cycles: problem framing → data readiness → model strategy → UX → metrics → iteration
Iterated content weekly based on participant progress and feedback
Outcomes

Participants came from Africa, Europe, and North America, bringing experience across fintech, marketplaces, health, education, logistics, and SaaS — unified by a shared goal: to become fluent in building AI products.
